Yesterday I met up with Lara and Alan at the Arkansas River Trail near The Big Dam Bridge in North Little Rock. I brought a camera and a couple bicycles, they brought the love. Aren’t they just awesome together? I cannot wait for their wedding in October!

Ashley and Stephen are two of the sweetest people I have ever photographed. I absolutely cannot wait for their wedding in September! Leslie and I had such a good time taking their engagement photos around the southern backroads of Arkansas. Ashley has lived in this area her whole life and so she was very comfortable in this environment. Stephen being from Louisiana, I thought the swamps were pretty fitting for their backdrop. Leslie and I met up with Haley and Chris in the Argenta District of Downtown North Little Rock for their engagement portraits. Like most photographers, I’ve done a few photos in the Argenta area before. It’s a great location to shoot portraits, plus it has that super cool, old school Coca-Cola wall. However, this engagement session was a little different… Haley and Chris actually first met each other in the Argenta District and then later Chris asked Haley if she would marry him here in this same spot. I always love hearing the proposal stories of couples in love, I also really like photographing in locations that have special memories or meanings. They’re getting married the first of August and I’m so thankful to be a part of their big day! I met up with Austin and Cara in the Hillcrest area to shoot their engagements, the weather was perfect. We shot around Hillcrest for a little bit and then borrowed somebody’s flowers that were in bloom beside their home, haha. This super awesome couple is getting married this Saturday in Altus Arkansas and I am so excited and thankful to be photographing their big day! I can’t wait to share their wedding photos with you guys! Until then please enjoy their engagements that we photographed back in November.
