I met up with Austin and Cara in the Hillcrest area to shoot their engagements, the weather was perfect. We shot around Hillcrest for a little bit and then borrowed somebody’s flowers that were in bloom beside their home, haha. I’ve got three reasons why I’m pumped to be photographing Patrick and Kaylen’s wedding in July! First, they are one cool couple and have lots of love for each other. Second, they also booked one super cool wedding planner Jessica Kersey to help them with their wedding. Third, they’re reception is at the Clinton Library and I’ve never shot a wedding there! Before I left for my Mexico trip, I took a few promotional photos for my good friend Michael Juiliano aka Hot Dog Mike. I am very proud to be friends with Michael for several reasons. He is a fellow entrepreneur, great sense of humor, great Christian morals, and most importantly Mike cooks a mean hot dog, haha. If you haven’t seen him in your area you should send him a message and let him know you want some of Little Rock’s only Hot Dog Mike’s famous dogs. Enjoy!

Last week I met up with Patrick and Courtney. We were all watching the weather everyday leading up to their engagement portraits. Of course we were looking for the perfect weather, but this is Arkansas. : ) When we began our e-session, the sun was up and there was no chance of rain. It was only slightly overcast. That was all good though, we started knocking out some great portraits right off. Courtney and Patrick were awesome, they were having fun just enjoying each other and I was just snapping away! Towards the end of our session the weather began to change dramatically but that still didn’t stop us, we were having too much fun. I also wanted to make sure we got a couple shots on top of the Junction Bridge in the RiverMarket, this was were Patrick proposed to Courtney. We ran to the top of the bridge, braving the wind, rain, and cold. The photos right at the end turned out to be some of my favorite photos from the day, and I know they’ll be extra special to Courtney & Patrick. Lesson learned… always take that extra effort. : ) Here’s a couple photos from the session! Enjoy!
Eric and Holly are one great couple. I loved the way they interact. You can see the love and care shared between them. We met up at the Little Rock Air Force Bace, Eric is serving our country in the Air Force and has tons of knowledge of these airplanes set up around the base. He actually is in charge of taking care of the planes that are set up for display. We walked around shooting here and there, while Eric told Holly and I all about the planes and treasures around the base. I had no idea that there was a time capsule set up there from the 60′s or something. Pretty cool! Here are a few of my favorites! Enjoy!
