All Day Wedding Photography
What exactly do I mean with my all day wedding photography package? Your wedding is one of the most important and memorable days of you life. Why would someone (who's career is taking photos) want to stop early or show up late to such an important event? Why would a wedding photographer not be around for the entire wedding? Why would you want to rush your wedding reception in order NOT to get charged an extra fee? I believe that the wedding photography industry is changing. I think that more and more photographers will begin to adopt this trend.I do realize that not all weddings are the same and that there will be plenty of exceptions. Smaller weddings that don't last for hours, won't have a need for a photographer all day.
Dustin & Dixie Engagement Photos
Dixie found me at the Kiss The Brides Expo at the Alltel Verizon Arena here in Little Rock. I am very excited to be doing there wedding photography in September. Dustin and Dixie are wonderful couple, they're both athletic and enjoy being outside. Dixie explained that their dogs are like their children, so they defiantly wanted them in the photos. I know what some people might say about photographing dogs and children, but I thought it was a great idea.
Katy & Kyle E-Session Searcy, AR
This blog is a little late. I have been so busy these last couple weeks, I have skipped around a little on my blogging. I hope you all will forgive me. I was so glad to meet Katy and Kyle. What a great couple. They were so much fun to photograph. Katy and Kyle are getting married in Rode Island in June next year.
Independence Day 2009, Little Rock AR
Today was the anniversary to the signing of the Declaration of Independence of the United Stated of America. Happy Fourth of July America! Happy Birthday America. I went down by the Arkansas River, downtown Little Rock by the River market to watch the fireworks with my best friend tonight. The weather was perfect. Here is the image that I took. It felt like it was a bit shorter show this year than in the past, but it was still good clean fun anyway.
Greg & Kinsey Engagement Portraits
Yesterday I met up with Greg and Kinsey at the Arkansas Travelers Stadium in North Little Rock. Kinsey and Greg are super excited about getting married in August. I am super exited to be their wedding photographer in August. They have both told me that they are not a fan of long engagements so we just had a short time to shoot these engagements and her bridal portraits before the wedding. There is nothing like Arkansas weather to keep you guessing though, it rained cats and dogs about 30 minutes before we shot this e-session at the Trav's Stadium.
2009 Kiss The Brides Expo
I just finished wrapping up the 2009 Kiss The Brides Expo. It was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun. I had a chance to meet a bunch of new people and show off some of my work. It's always nice to talk face to face with brides to be, and help answer questions. You can practically see the excitement on the new engaged couple's faces, okay maybe just on her face, but I did see plenty of willing participating men as well.
